Costs, lead times, repairs, restoration, guarantees and the areas we cover. Still not sure? Give us a call and ask.
Yes, and there's no catch. We visit, measure every window you're considering and talk through the options that make sense for your property. Around 45 to 60 minutes, no obligation, evenings available.
Installation cost depends on the number, size and shape of the windows, whether the shutters are already supplied, and how much adaptation is needed. We inspect the openings and confirm a fixed, itemised price before any work starts.
A typical fitting takes one day. Larger jobs, full bays and tracked systems can take two, and we confirm the expected fitting time with the quote.
Our own team, every job. The people who survey your home are the people who fit it. No subcontractors, no strangers at the door.
Yes. We repair shutters of most makes: broken slats, seized hinges, sagging panels, loose louvres and tilt rods. Most repairs are done on-site in a single visit.
Often, yes. We refinish and colour-match, replace slats and panels, re-tension louvres and rehang dropped frames. If the frames are sound and the work comes to less than about 60% of new, restoring is usually the better value, and we'll tell you honestly either way.
Yes, bays are one of the things we're known for, along with arched, triangular and other non-standard shapes. Because everything is made to measure, there's no such thing as a window that's too unusual.
Often, yes. Replacement windows can change the reveal depth or squareness, but sound shutters can usually be removed, adapted and refitted to the new opening instead of being replaced.
Shutters we supply and fit come with a 10-year personal guarantee. Repairs have a 12-month workmanship warranty. You call us directly, and we put it right.
We cover towns across Surrey and South West London. See all the areas we cover, or give us a call if you are not sure about your postcode.
